According to the Clinton foundation’s public 990 tax forms for the year 2014, the gap between men and women positions averaged an $81,000 difference among the highest paid employees.
Out of 4 women and 9 men’s averages of top positions such as CEO, Director, or Senior Adviser, the men averaged $291,000 and women averaged $210,000.
That is 72 cents for every dollar a male executive makes. Which is worse than the national average that Clinton sites in her “equal pay for equal work” speeches.
The current national average is 79 cents for every dollar a male earns.
